In Firefox, the popup blocked can often prevent the course window from opening in your browser. This can simply be disabled, or specific exceptions added, to make sure the course window opens fully when clicked. The instructions below explain how this can be done
To access the pop-up blocker settings from within Firefox:
Click the menu button
and choose Options.- Select the Content panel.
3. In the content panel:
- Exceptions: Click this button to display a list of sites that you want to allow to display pop-ups.
- add Petrolearn.com and atlasknowledge.com to the list of exceptions as per the screenshot below
