Accessing the Correct Training Portal

If you are unable to login, check the URL (Portal) is correct for example should be in the format https://*company*.atlasknowledge.com


Examples

https://taqa.atlasknowledge.com

https://wgpsn.atlasknowledge.com

https://petrofac.atlasknowledge.com

https://conocophillips.atlasknowledge.com


Your existing login details should then allow access.


Failed to Login

If you see the message below, either your username or password are incorrect.


To reset your password, click on the "Trouble Logging In" link on the homepage and enter your email address  into the box shown below



If your email address is found in the system, you will be sent an email with a link to set a new password to access the system.

Password Reset Failure

If we can't find your email address in the system, you will see the message "We cannot identify an active account.  Please contact your training administrator if you have lost your activation link.".
